Terms & Conditions (in addition to your statutory rights)

Road fund licence paid for will not be refunded, although the licence disc will be given back for you to claim the unexpired portion from the D.V.L.A.

A charge to the customer of £250.00 will be levied for re-valleting, additional owner on V5 (log book), and associated preparation costs.

If you choose to enter into a finance agreement for the purchase of the vehicle there will be a £120.00 cancellation charge for the termination of the account.

Extended warranties will be transferred to the exchange vehicle.

The cost of any accessories such as alarms, tow bars, etc cannot be refunded but items that can be removed from the vehicle without evidence of their original fitment will be returned to the customer.

Not more than five-hundred miles shall have been covered.

Not more than ten days shall have elapsed.

Part exchange: when a vehicle is part exchanged (at the discretion of Tony Holmes (Cars) Ltd), the invoice value less £250 charge is given against the exchange vehicle.

Any damage caused to the vehicle within the 10 days/500 miles will be debited at retail prices.

Each customer will only be entitled to one exchange.

In order to qualify for the 10 day exchange plan your green slip (V5C/2) that you are given on collection, must be presented to us at the same time as returning your vehicle otherwise you will not be entitled to an exchange.

A £100.00 charge will also be taken until we receive the logbook (V5) which you will receive from the dvla in the post. This will be fully refunded when we have received them.
